Voting has commenced in Some areas in Lagos.Our correspondent can report that voting is currently going on in polling unit 001,ward 12 ,polling 003 ward 12 in Mushi local government.Lagos Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC,Akin Orebiyi,who monitored elections at the wards,charged voters to be orderly.
