Voting has commenced in some areas across Kebbi State.
Our correspondent observed that polling units that experienced challenges of non-recognition by the card readers were allowed to vote after filling the incident form.
In Senchi, Zuru Local Government areas, the Director General Bureau for Public Enterprise, Mr Benjamine Dikki, while casting his vote at Senchi Primary School said he was fairly satisfied with the exercise.
“As far as the process is concerned, it has improved over the years and has also taken care of voter duplication. Generally, one cannot expect to have 100 per cent perfection of the exercise,” he said.
