Generally in Minna, the state capital the atmosphere is calm as most of the polling units visited people seen in queue waiting for their intyrn to cast their vote.Though, in kofar Dalhatu polling unit along Minna Emir’s palace up to 3:30 pm voting did due to incomplete number of presidential voting material.

 

Voters at the polling unit refused to allow voting to start insisting that until the materials are completed.INEC officials were helpless as all effeffort to convince the voters to allow the voting to start failed.One of the official who sought for anonymity expressed fear that voters may lose patience and revolt.

 

Similarly, Voters in Anguwan Sani polling Unit, Egwa-Gwada Shiroro LGC chased away the officials of INEC as out of the 948 voters only the names of 15 voters
 apeared in INEC register.
