Production of dialysers for treating renal disorders is to commence at the David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Uburu, Ohaozara LGA of Ebonyi State in the next few months.
Gov David Umahi disclosed this while hosting students and staff of the university who paid him a New Year homage at his Uburu country home.
“Factory for the production of dialysers is ready for installation in the next month.
“Being a federal university means that I will be better positioned to help you after May 29,” he said.

He emphasised that his vision for the institution was to show to the world that a better Nigeria was possible through good governance.
