If getting steady electricity power supply is unachievable (for now) what about supply of pipe borne water, good roads and other basic amenities? Are they as complex as power supply? I believe it has always been simply a matter of money all this while? How is it possible that when we have good roads with sidewalks it seems like some kind of luxury? This is not the way a developing nation (if that is really what we are) should function. The things we can actually achieve, we should set out to achieve a hundred per cent.
