Technical Manager, S & M Nigeria Ltd, Bright Ogbewi, has blamed incessant building collapses on the activities of quacks and property owners’ greed.
He said these should be checked to forestall more incidents of building collapse.
He spoke at the 60th birthday celebration of the chairman and Managing Director of the company, Solomon Ogunbusola.
