Nigeria is a blessed country, as there is no area where you cannot cultivate one commodity or the other. I also believe that there is no country in the world that is as blessed as Nigeria. We should, therefore, work together to maximize our potentials by growing the commodities sub-sector. That will go a long way in reducing unemployment and insecurity in the country.
To sceptical Nigerians who have refused to change, they must note that the present administration is determined to tackle infrastructural decay, corruption, nepotism, religious intolerance among other vices.
I commend the government for making efforts to diversify the economy through investment in agriculture.
The Change Begins With Me is indeed a campaign aimed at achieving a paradigm shift in the way we do things in Nigeria. It is geared towards achieving change in our consumption of imported goods, attitude to work and entrenching general discipline.
I urge Nigerians to key into the policies of the government to enable us move out of the current recession. We should all patronize made in Nigeria goods, just as manufacturers must ensure that they maintain standard at all times. If we all work together, the nation will witness remarkable development in a very short time.
