Nigerian music star, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known by his stage name Mr Eazi, has revealed that he did not marry his fiancée, a fashion enthusiast and actress, Temi Otedola secretly.
His bride is the child of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola who is one of the richest men on the African continent. During an interview with Naija FM, Lagos, the singer stated that the video of his song ‘Legalise’ was the footage of their wedding which took place in Venice.
Mr Eazi while clearing the air while answering questions from the interviewers stated, “Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalise’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice.
“If you watch the video you will see proofs there. Our outfits weren’t just costumes. Go and watch the video and you will see everything clearly. It’s just like what painters do, whenever you see their work you will see the message they’re trying to convey. That’s how it’s with us musicians too.”(sic)

It should be recalled that on 10 April 2022, he engaged Temi Otedola. However, in some recent TikTok videos, Temi has been referring to Mr Eazi as her “husband”.
Mr Eazi is known for pioneering Banku music, a sound “characterized by percolating rhythms and laid-back vocal delivered in Ghanaian Pidgin English”. His music largely fits into the category of afrobeats, a contemporary West African pop genre that marries global pop, dancehall, highlife, and hip-hop.
