Hajiya Binta Mainasara Bugaje, the wife of Dr. Lawal Bagiwa, the Special Adviser to Governor Masari on Inter Governmental Affairs, has been abducted.

The woman was abducted yesterday at Jaji, Kaduna State, along the Kaduna-Zaria road. 

Lawal Bagiwa said the abductors had reached out to the family but had not made any demand yet.

The state governor Aminu Masari later in the day when hosting a delegation of Mani people, called for intensified prayers  for her return just as he said government was working hard to have her released.
