Wizkid, others for ‘Ghana Meets Naija’

This year’s edition slated for Saturday   June 29, 2013 at the Accra International Conference Centre is set to feature performances from Nigeria’s Wizkid with his string of hit songs including ‘Back 2 the Matter’, ‘Song of Life’, ‘Baddest Boy’ and a host of others.
Also expected to perform is the enigmatic Burna Boy, a new sensation garnering fans with songs like ‘Like to Party’ and ‘Burna Boy’. Afro-pop superstar, Timaya will also be making his first appearance on a Ghanaian stage and will be expected to thrill with his numerous hits churned out over the years including ‘Bum Bum’ which is currently a dance staple.
Acts performing from Ghana include   dancehall king, Samini who is expected to thrill fans with his song, ‘Time Bomb’ a collaboration with Wizkid. Okyeame Kwame will also perform hits such as ‘Woara’ and ‘Faithful’ among others. Ghana’s sultry artiste, Raquel will be bringing her sublime feminine effect and hit songs to bear on the night.
The show will also feature Ghana’s current biggest acts, R2Bees.
Other acts expected to grace the night from Ghana include Dobble and Dr. Slim, Edem and EL.
It is hoped that this third edition of the annual music fiesta, will undoubtedly be the biggest musical concert in Ghana over the last two years, and will give music fans an experience to truly relish.
