The Workerman Movement a.k.a Workerholiks is a hip-pop group of 5 individual talents bonded by a common sense geared towards the production of ‘groovy but responsible music with mature delivery, yet youthful exuberance.’ According to Koffi Idowu Nuel the team’s leader, “Our drive is with strong emphasis on positive ideals and a cultural balance of Nigerian themes and fusion of Western rhythms.

 The debut album was released in August 2010 entitled All Eyes Open! It comprises twelve sessions of five microphones which contain twelve songs and two bonus tracks with productions by two members of the group, Yeankeyz and Outshine. “All songs are written by Koffi and verses by individual members, other members are Boomerang and Affroholik Splufik!” The theme Workerholik according to Nuel is a “language used to describe things in good light and is a combination of four words meaning spectacular, splendid, unique, and fantastic.
