‘Arrow of God’ is the second novel in Achebe’s trilogy, after ‘Things fall Apart’ and ‘No Longer at Ease’. The novel is about the generation that came after Okonkwo (the central character in ‘Things Fall Apart’) as they took up their own struggle between continuity and change.

Okere is the author of ‘Blood at Noon’, an account of the bombing of Afor-Umuohiagu market in Imo State, during the Nigeria Civil War.
