The Governing Council and the management should be asked to step down during the period of investigation to prevent obstruction and travesty of justice of the outcome of the investigative committee.  
the clean bill of health by the police was highly manipulated and motivated by the Rector and those benefiting from the ongoing corrupt practices in the college because in the last 5 years, the Rector of the college has collected huge sums of money for foreign trips and vacations including estacode without embarking on any of the trips and without refunding the money to the college’s treasury.  
Ladipo’s registered company (Spicy Nig. Ltd.) has been responsible in executing several jobs of the institution, while still retaining her job as Rector of the college.  The tender board headed by Mrs. Ladipo inflated several contracts awarded for the convocation ceremony held in October, 2013.   
President Muhammadu Buhari to step into the case of Yaba College of Technology in the spirit of change mantra of the present administration, we will not deter until justice prevail in the institution. 
Please disregard the call a couple of weeks ago by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Charles Oni who issued a statement absolving the Governing Council and the Rector of any corruption allegations, in a statement describing the allegations as baseless and spurious.
