Nigeria is gearing towards another elections that will see that change of batton of leadership at all levels of government. 

We the people of Yobe state are keen and yearning, and as our governor said, we are also praying for best choice to lead our state from 2019.  Hence the need to use this opportunity through your medium to make a patriotic move in respect of my dear state Yobe – and its future come 2019.

Alhaji Ibrahim Geidam, the current governor has done a lot and is still doing a lot to move the state forward. He had recorded tremendous achievements in the areas of agriculture, health care, education and rural infrastructure. Governor Geidam had set the state on good footing of development and there is need for someone of similar mind to continue from where his tenure ends.

But come 2019 we need a leader who can continue from where Alhaji Ibrahim Geidam stops. We need continuity and progress and more development.

So far we the people of Yobe Zone C have noticed all the leadership qualities in Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammed Bomai, a philanthropist and seasoned civil servant who retired at the pinnacle of his career. 

Alhaji Ibrahim Bomai is a good choice and our hope for the future of Yobe state. He has all the skills, experience and qualifications to take over and move Yobe state to the next level of development. 

Alhaji Ibrahim Bomai has proven to be a leader who embarked on many philanthropic activities that include scholarship for the indigent and orphans. Across Yobe state he has established himself as a leader touching lives in so many positive ways. 

Yobe state stands to benefit from Alhaji Ibrahim Bomai’s ample civil service experience and wide networks, which are important in moving a state like Yobe forward. 

We are calling on Alhaji Ibrahim Bomai to surrender himself to service for the progress of our dear state. We urged him to aspire to governorship of our dear state under APC to move our state forward. 

This is a call for a man of integrity to come forward and offer leadership for Yobe state come 2019. While Alhaji Ibrahim Bomai is enjoying his retirement we require of him a sacrifice, to come and intervene to keep our state on track of development.
