Incomplete election materials especially ballot papers is hampering the smooth conduct of governorship primary election in Zamfara state Daily Trust has learnt.

There is a massive turn out of voters in many wards but incomplete ballot papers and late arrival of the election materials has marred the election exercise.

For instance, reports say only 3000 ballot papers were delivered at Talata Mafara local government whereas the registered party members are more than 30,000.

The election is yet to start in many polling centers at the time of filing this report 1:30 pm and large number of party members are anxiously waiting for the start of the exercise.
