Abidjan babban birni mafi girma a Ivory Coast, mai yawan jama’a miliyan shida ya bada sanarwar haramta bara a wani yunƙuri na magance matsalolin da birnin ke fuskanta.
Mataimakin gwamnan jihar, Vincent N’cho Kouaoh a wata sanarwa da ya fitar a ranar Alhamis.

“Domin yaƙi da barace-barace a birane, sana’ar zirga-zirgar ababen hawa a kan manyan tituna, da kuma yin amfani da keken guragu, yanzu duk an hana su a faɗin gundumar.
“Wannan matakin yana da nufin inganta yanayin rayuwar mutane, don ƙara tabbatar da amincin mutane da dukiyoyi, da kuma samar da ingantacciyar hanyar zirga-zirga,” in ji shi.
A farkon watan Maris, gwamnan Abidjan, Ibrahim Cisse Bacongo, ya ce ƙyamaci wasu abubuwa, kamar ‘yan kasuwa masu zirga-zirga a hanyoyi da mabarata.
Ya kuma ce yana so ya nemo madadin kura da ake dako da su da hannu da ake amfani da su don jigilar kayayyaki.
A 2013, Ministan Cikin Gida na lokacin Hamed Bakayoko, ya haramta barace-barace a mahaɗar biranen, amma hakan ya kasa shawo kan lamarin.
Sabuwar dokar, ta biyo bayan korar jama’a da rushewar wasu gundumomi da wasu unguwanni a Abidjan, a daidai lokacin da ake fama da matsalar a biranen ƙasar.
