Shari’ar Danbilki Kwamanda: Rashin zuwan alkali ya kawo tsaiko
Za a ci gaba da tsare Danbilki Kwamanda a gidan yari zuwa zama na gaba
Shari’ar fitaccen dan Jam’iyyar APC Abdulmajid Danbilki Kwamanda wanda gwamnatin Kano ke zargi da neman tayar da zaune tsaye, ta samu tsaiko, sakamakon rashin zuwan alkali kotu.
Ci gaban shari’ar Danbilki Kwamanda, wanda ke neman beli bayan kotu ta tsare shi a gidan gyaran hali ne sakamakon rashin lafiya da ke damun alkalin, har ta kai shi asibiti domin karbar magani.
Tunda farko Babbar Kotun Majistare da ke zamanta a Nomaslan a Kano ta tsayar da wannan rana ta 29 don sanar da ra’ayinta game da yiyuwar bayar da belin Danbilki Kwamanda, amma hakan bai yiwu ba, saboda hallarar alkalin a zaman kotun.
Dasga nan kotun ta daga zaman zuwa ranar ranar 1 ga watan Fabrairu mai kamawa domin yanke hukunci a kan batun neman belin.
Lauyan da ke kare Danbilki, Barista Ibrahim Chedi, ya ce ba su da abin yi illa yi biyayya, domin “Kowa na iya yin rashin lafiya, muna fatan zuwa ranar da aka daga shari’ar zai samu lafiya ya zo kotu.”
Gwamnatin Kano na zargin Danbilki Kwamanda da furta wasu kalamai ga tsohon gwamnan jihar, Sanata Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a wani shirin gidan wani rediyo, a martaninsa ga kalaman Kwankwason na cewa za a sake waiwayar batun masarauta.
Gwamnatin jihar na zargin Danbilki da amfani da kalaman tunzura jama’a a kan batun masarautar, wanda ya sa ta gurfanar da shi a ranar 23 ga watan Janairu, 2024, amma ya musanta laifin da ake zargin sa.
Mai gabatar da kara, Barista Abdussalam Saleh Danmaidoki, ya bayyana cewa laifin da ake zargin Danbilkin ya saba da sashe na 114 na Kundin Shariar Pinal Kod.
Amma lauyan kariya, Barista Ibrahim Abdullahi Chedi, ya nemi kotun ta bayar da belin Danbilki dogaro da sashe na 35 da 36 na Kundin Shari’ar Laifi ta Jihar Kano ta shekarar 2019.
Sai dai lauya mai gabatar da kara ya yi suka kan batun belin.
Sakamakon haka ne alkalin kotun, Mai Shari’a Abdulazeez Mahmud Habib ya bayar da umarnin tsare Danbilki a gidan gyaran hali tare da dage shari’ar zuwa ranar 29 ga watan Janiru, 2024.
