In a renewed commitment to youth development and welfare, the Adamawa State Government under the leadership of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri is constructing one of the most modern and largest National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camps in Nigeria.

The project, which is currently ongoing, is located in Yola, the state capital, and is designed to provide a world-class environment for corps members deployed to the state.

This development comes in addition to the ₦30,000 monthly allowance paid to corps members by the Fintiri administration, a policy widely regarded as a boost to the welfare and morale of young graduates serving in Adamawa.

Government officials say the new orientation camp will feature modern accommodation, administrative blocks, parade grounds and other essential facilities aimed at improving the overall NYSC experience in the state.
