Mubi North, Mubi South, Maiha, Madagali and Michika (M5) LGAs of Adamawa North Senatorial District have witnessed remarkable development under the administration of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. This is a clear testament to Governor Fintiri’s commitment to the growth and development of the M5 LGas. In appreciation of these impactful projects, programs, and policies, the people of M5 should reciprocate by giving Governor Fintiri their senatorial district mandate for greater development and progress.
Below are some of the projects, programs, and policies executed by the Fintiri administration across Adamawa North:
Mubi North LGA
* Reconstruction of the 24.1 km Mubi–Maiha Federal Road.
* Construction of the 6.6 km Mubi Bypass Road.
* Rehabilitation and upgrade of the Mubi Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 300,000 liters per hour.

Madagali LGA
* Construction of the 14 km Sukur Road, improving access to the UNESCO Sukur Cultural Heritage Site.
* Construction of 1.95 km township roads in Fadagali.
* Provision of seven modular water schemes.
* Establishment of a Model/Mega Secondary School as part of the statewide model schools initiative.
* Construction of a Police Dormitory and NSCDC Office in Madagali Town.
* Construction and upgrade of Cottage Hospital, Gulak.
* Flood control interventions in vulnerable communities.
Michika LGA
* Construction of 5.1 km township roads in Michika.
* Construction of the 11.2 km Plum Road.
* Ongoing construction of the Michika–Kamale Road, extending up to 17.5 km.
* Upgrade of the Michika water supply system, including 13 km of water reticulation.
Health Sector Interventions Across the 5 LGAs
* Construction and completion of several Primary Health Care Centres across the zone.
* Upgrading and rehabilitation of hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Water Supply Projects
* Provision of multiple solar-powered boreholes and overhead tanks.
* Expansion of water pipelines across Madagali, Michika, Maiha, and Mubi.
* Rehabilitation and upgrade of water schemes in several communities.
Education Sector
* Construction of five new nursery, primary, and junior secondary schools — one in each of the five LGAs.
* Establishment of a new comprehensive science school.
* Renovation and upgrading of schools and classrooms across the zone.
Power and Electrification
* Efforts toward the restoration and expansion of electricity supply.
* Rehabilitation of transmission lines, including the Song–Gombi–Mubi–Gulak axis.
* Reconnection of communities to the national grid.
